The Ivins Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026, to discuss updating references within the Ivins City Code regarding the Utah Municipal Land Use Development and Management Act, according to a Sept. 17 notice.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. at Ivins City Hall, located at 85 N. Main St. in Ivins. The Ivins City government is listed as the applicant for this matter.
Interested individuals may participate electronically via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at Sallen@ivinsutah.gov or may submit written views to the Planning Commission. A copy of the proposed amendment is available at the Ivins City Building Department and on the Ivins City website.
