A new movement course titled Movement from Memory: A Journey Through Gesture is scheduled for September 4 at the Highland Library, according to an August 28 statement from Highland.
The session, which features Meghan Wall, invites participants to explore gentle and creative movement inspired by personal memories, such as moments of joy, strength, or a moment yet to come.
The 90-minute program is open to all ages and abilities, with no prior experience necessary. All mobility levels are welcome, and chairs will be available for use. Participants are recommended to wear movement clothing.
This course is grant funded by the Utah Creative Aging Coalition's 2026 Kaleidoscope Festival.
