The Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, to consider several land use and zoning amendments. The meeting is scheduled to take place in the Community Room located at 108 S 100 E in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
The hearing will address three specific requests. St. John Properties has requested to amend Section 10-12A-2 regarding Permitted, Conditional, and Accessory Uses in the Business and Manufacturing Park (BMP) Zone. The request seeks to add Use 6410, Automobile Repair and Related Services, to the list of permitted uses within that zone.
Additionally, the council will consider a request from Dallas Curtis to amend City Code Section 10-14-24-3-D. This request involves adding Use 6295, Tattooing, to the list of permitted uses within The Grove Interchange Subdistrict.
A third item involves a request from Hugh and Melissa Hinkson to add a Residential Agricultural Overlay (RAO) to approximately 2.18 acres of land located at 1270 North 580 East.
