FIRE RESTRICTIONS

Awareness of fire safety and compliance with town fire restrictions are essential to protect our community, natural landscapes, and homes from devastating wildfires. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2026-06, passed on September 1, 2026, Boulder Town has revised Chapter 130 of the Town Code to align local restrictions with state safety frameworks.

Under Chapter 130 of the Boulder Town Code, the annual fire restriction season begins May 1 and continues through October 31 each year.
