Actress Katherine Heigl and her husband, songwriter Josh Kelley, listed their mansion in Oakley, Utah, for $10.6 million.
The 25-acre estate was built by the couple in 2008, and they resided at the property for nearly 18 years.
The home is approximately 8,000 square feet and includes 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms located within a private mountain community.
Reports indicated that the pair intended to downsize to a smaller home in the nearby area.
Heigl, known for roles in Grey's Anatomy and 27 Dresses, moved to Utah after her time in Hollywood. Having been raised in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she initially visited Utah as a vacation destination before making it her permanent home.
During her time in the state, Heigl engaged in animal welfare advocacy, supporting legislation regarding animal euthanasia and protections for wild horses. She also co-founded the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation to assist with rescuing, healing, and rehoming animals.
