Airmen enrolled in Airman Leadership School Class 26-Echo were honored during a graduation ceremony on June 26 at The Landing.
The professional military education course focuses on developing leadership abilities, building effective communication, and focusing on the profession of arms to prepare Airmen for roles as frontline supervisors.
Several individuals received recognition for their performance during the course. Senior Airman Christopher Maichle received the John L. Levitow Award, while Staff Sgt. Joseph Merryman earned both the Distinguished Graduate Award and the Commandant/Leadership Award.
Other award recipients included Senior Airman Kaeli Schiff, who earned a Distinguished Graduate Award, Senior Airman Alta Stange with the Academic Achievement Award, Staff Sgt. Taylor McElhaney with the Sharp Image Award, and Staff Sgt. Joseph Merryman.
The graduating class included members from various squadrons, including the 75th Security Forces Squadron, 729th Air Control Squadron, 775th Civil Engineer Squadron, 649th Munitions Squadron, 388th Munitions Squadron, 388th Operations Support Squadron, 388th Logistics Support Squadron, 4th Fighter Generation Squadron, 169th Intelligence Squadron, 388th Maintenance Squadron, 4th Fighter Generation Squadron, 270th Combat Airfield Operations Squadron, 421st Fighter Generation Squadron, 75th Air Base Wing Communications and Information Directorate, and the 75th Logistics Readiness Squadron.
