The Moab City Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for September 17, 2026, to discuss the adoption of Resolution 15-2026, according to a September 7 statement. The proposed resolution seeks to adopt the City of Moab Annexation Policy Plan, a future annexation boundary map, and an anticipated land use map for future annexation areas as Appendix C of the City of Moab General Plan.
The hearing was scheduled for approximately 6:00 p.m. at the Moab City Offices Council Chambers, located at 217 East Center Street in Moab, Utah. Members of the public may provide oral or written testimony to the Moab City Planning Department during the meeting.
Interested parties can review all information related to the proposal at the Moab City Offices during regular office hours. These hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, through September 17, 2026.
