Eagle Mountain City is offering a stargazing course as part of its Wildlife and Nature Education series, according to a August 19 statement. The event, held in conjunction with Utah Valley University, will take place at Walden Park on Wednesday, September 9, from 8 to 9 PM.
The stargazing course is weather permitting. Because cloudy or rainy conditions may make it difficult to view the stars, the course may be postponed or rescheduled if weather conditions are unfavorable.
The WANE courses are part of an ongoing series hosted by Eagle Mountain City and the Eagle Mountain Nature and Wildlife Alliance. This series provides opportunities for residents to explore landscapes, wildlife, and night skies while learning about the natural environment.
