The Holden Town Council is scheduled to hold a meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026, according to a September 11 notice. The meeting is set to begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Holden Town Hall located at 185 S. Main.
The agenda for the meeting includes the approval of minutes from the Aug. 12, 2026, Council Meeting, as well as the payment of bills, reimbursements, and payroll. Other scheduled topics include planning and land use, ride share discussions, and the approval of the WUI Code for the Fire Department.
Various officers and boards are scheduled to provide reports. Tamara Dallin will report on roads and the landfill, specifically regarding a contract for fall weed spraying along roadways. LaRee Stephenson will report on Parks and Recreation, while David Wood will provide updates on electric quotes for a water project and the AMI meter project. Mike Bleazard is scheduled to discuss a dormant meter amendment resolution, ordinance definitions, and awarding a contract for Phase 1 of a water project. Mayor Matt Stephens is also scheduled to provide a report regarding the cemetery and employees.
