Washington Terrace Elementary is calling for enthusiastic volunteers to support students in kindergarten through 6th grade. The school is looking for individuals to help students strengthen their basic reading and math skills.
Volunteers are welcome to participate for as little as one hour a week or more regularly depending on their schedule. School officials stated that volunteer presence and encouragement can help spark a lifelong love for learning and provide students with the boost needed for success.
