The hearing is open to the public and allows for both in-person and virtual attendance. Residents may participate electronically through a Zoom webinar. Virtual attendees can access the link via the city webpage or through a direct Zoom link.
During the virtual session, participants may use the raise hand feature to provide verbal comments after being called on by the host. Written comments can be submitted through the chat feature or provided in advance via hand delivery or email. To be included in the public record, written statements must be sent to the City Recorder by 5:00 p.m. on August 4, 2026.
The meeting will be live-streamed on the city YouTube page, though comments must be made through the Zoom webinar. Detailed instructions for virtual participation will be posted on the city website at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.
