The Dr. Mikel & Janis Vause National Undergraduate Literature Conference (NULC) has concluded its 2026 session. According to a notice on the Weber State University website, the conference organizers expressed appreciation for the talent, insight, and creativity demonstrated by student presenters during the event.
The 2027 NULC is scheduled to take place from March 25 to March 27, 2027. Student submissions for the 2027 conference are set to open on September 15, 2026, and will remain open until February 15, 2027. Regular registration for the event is scheduled for February 15 through March 15, 2027, at a cost of $150.
Past visiting authors for the conference included keynote speaker Naomi Shihab Nye and poet and novelist Kirsten Kaschock.
