The Apple Valley Town Council will hold a public hearing to discuss proposed amendments to the town's water rates, fees, and charges, according to a August 26 statement.
The hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM at 1777 N Meadowlark Dr, Apple Valley.
The public hearing will address Ordinance O-2026-22, which involves establishing culinary water rates and amending Title 01.20.020 Commercial.
Interested individuals are encouraged to attend the hearing to present their views. Alternatively, views may be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the meeting by emailing clerk@applevalleyut.gov.
The meeting is being held in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Individuals requiring special accommodations or auxiliary communicative aids should notify the Town at 435-877-1190 at least three business days in advance.
