The Murray Planning and Zoning Commission scheduled a meeting for Sept. 17, 2026, according to a Sept. 11 notice. The meeting is set to begin at 6:30 p.m. at 10 East 4800 South in Murray.
The meeting agenda includes the approval of minutes from the Aug. 6, 2026, meeting and findings of fact regarding Gracie Jiu Jitsu School and Murray Kids.
Administrative actions include a subdivision review for Fox Grove Estates Project # 26-083, which involves a request to amend lot 6 of the Fox Grove Subdivision in the R-1-6 zone at 5917 S Fox Grove Circle.
Additional agenda items include conditional use permit requests for A Rose from Concrete Body Art Collective to operate a tattoo business in the C-D zone at 162 E 4500 S, and an amendment for the Intermountain Health IMC Flagship Cancer Center to allow for an expansion in the C-D zone at 5116 S State St.
A legislative action is proposed to amend the General Plan to adopt the Murray Station Central Station Area Plan through a citywide application.
