The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a meeting on September 10, 2026, to consider a code text amendment regarding accessory apartments, according to a September 9 notice.
The meeting will include a public hearing to discuss a request from Pleasant Grove City to amend Section 10-15-47 to revise parking requirements for accessory apartments citywide.
The scheduled meeting is set to begin with a work session from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East in Pleasant Grove. While the work session is public, officials stated that no testimony will be heard and no official actions will be taken during that time.
The regular session will begin at 7:00 p.m. and includes items such as the approval of the August 27, 2026, meeting minutes and staff reports. The agenda also includes a public hearing for the legislative item concerning accessory apartment parking requirements.
