PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:
1) Onyx Custom Homes proposes an amendment to the Springville Code 11-5a-101, Westfields Central New Neighborhood Plan.
The proposed amendment would provide additional exceptions to the building shading requirements for alley facing elevation or where a home is shaded by an adjacent building.
This is a legislative policy decision about the architectural design standards in the Westfields Central New Neighborhood Plan.
The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council. The City Council will make the final decision at a later public meeting.
