The Lehi City Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for September 10, 2026, to receive public comment on various items, according to a August 31 statement. The meeting is set for 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi Civic Center Council Chambers located at 131 North 100 East.
One item on the agenda involves a request from Adam Albrecht for an exception regarding the Garden Park Subdivision. The request seeks to revise a 6-foot no climb fence along the railroad corridor to an 8-foot wall at approximately 500 S Center Street.
AT&T has requested conditional use approval for the AT&T River Walk Preliminary Children’s Antenna. This proposal involves placing a telecommunications antenna on top of Primary Children’s Hospital at 2250 North Miller Campus Drive.
Additionally, the commission will consider a request from Alpine Bible Church, located at 710 West Main Street, for an exception to glass requirements.
The meeting will also include a recommendation regarding Lehi City’s request to review the Chapter 29 Development Code Amendment, which aims to clarify the development agreement process.
Uncommon Architecture has requested approval for exceptions to architectural requirements for the Outlets at Traverse Mountain Storage Building. These requests, located at 3800 Cabela’s Boulevard, involve maximum EIFS percentages, architectural features, and glass requirements.
