Eagle Mountain City announced that road closures will be implemented in various areas to assist in the timely completion of seal coat maintenance. According to a notice on the city's website, the work is intended to protect pavement and extend its useful life.
Each road closure is scheduled to last for one day, from 7 AM until approximately 9 PM. Residents living within the closure areas will receive two notices, including one a week in advance and another 24 to 48 hours before the closure. Information regarding the project is being communicated to the school district to allow for necessary bus route adjustments.
Scheduled streets for the project include Spring Run, Ranches Estates B, Ranches Estates C, Sunset Ridge/Deer Haven, Rush Creek, Eagle Heights, and Eagle Point. Completion of the seal coat projects is anticipated for September 25, depending on weather conditions.
City officials requested patience from the community while crews work to improve local infrastructure.
