The North Ogden Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, to discuss the Altura Annexation Petition, according to a September 3 notice.
The hearing is scheduled for 6:00 pm at the North Ogden City Offices. The session will take place in the Council Chambers located in the Public Safety Building at 515 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah.
The proposed annexation involves land located approximately 4000 North from 100 East to Nebo Ave along the north bench of North Ogden City. The petition seeks to apply a zoning designation based on the Altura Master Development Agreement.
Public documents, including staff reports and materials, can be inspected at www.northogdencity.gov or at the North Ogden City Offices up to 72 hours before the scheduled meeting.
