The North Ogden Planning Commission will host a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, regarding an amendment to the Northview Development Agreement, according to a September 3 notice.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm during the commission's regularly scheduled meeting. The discussion will focus on the Northview Development Agreement, noting that specific areas will remain under the original agreement while parcels outside that area are proposed to be amended by the Altura Annexation Petition and Master Development Agreement.
The area in question is located approximately north of 3900 North, spanning from 100 East to Nebo Ave, south of 'Long Bench'.
Materials and staff reports will be available for public inspection at www.northogdencity.gov or at the North Ogden City Offices starting 72 hours before the meeting. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers located in the Public Safety Building at 515 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah.
