The North Ogden Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, to discuss proposed amendments to The Cooperstowne Master Planned Community Development Agreement, according to a September 3 notice.
The hearing, which begins at 6:00 p.m., will address a proposal to add one additional residential multi-family unit to the project. Additionally, the amendment seeks to reduce the length of parking lot stalls from 19 feet to 18 feet throughout the development.
The project is located at approximately 1500 North Washington Blvd. and involves parcel numbers 11-473-0001, 11-473-0002, and 11-473-0003.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers located in the Public Safety Building at 515 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. Materials and staff reports can be inspected at www.northogdencity.gov or at the North Ogden City Offices starting 72 hours before the meeting.
Individuals requiring special accommodations for the meeting should notify the City Recorder at least 48 hours in advance.
