The North Ogden Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the Altura Master Development Agreement, according to a September 3 notice.
The hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 6:00 pm during the commission's regularly scheduled meeting.
The area under discussion for the Altura Master Development Agreement is located approximately at 4000 North, spanning from 100 East to Nebo Ave along the north bench of North Ogden City.
The area includes several parcels for a Master Plan Amendment and annexation. The Master Plan Amendment parcels include 16-09-0061, 16-009-0062, 16-009-006, 16-037-0124, 16-037-0121, 16-009-0034, 16-009-0072, 16-009-0073, 16-037-0122, 16-008-0033, and 16-008-0014. The annexation parcels include 16-008-0027, 16-008-0023, 16-008-0003, 16-008-0004, 16-008-0022, 16-008-0024, 16-008-0009, 16-008-0011, 16-008-0012, 16-008-0015, 16-008-0016, 16-008-0029, 16-007-0003, 16-007-0009, 16-007-0003, and 16-042-0002.
The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at the Public Safety Building, located at 515 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah.
