OGDEN, Utah (ABC4) — Wall Avenue is closed to southbound traffic due to a crash. According to the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), there is a crash on southbound Wall Avenue at milepost one, which is at 29th Street. The road is fully closed to all southbound traffic.
