The Highland City Council adopted two new ordinances during its meeting on September 15, 2026. The measures address updates to the city development code and regulations for various devices on city paths and roadways.
Ordinance O-2026-30 amends the Highland City Development Code regarding new business use for small animal veterinary clinics and urgent care within the CR Zone.
Ordinance O-2026-31 amends regulations for the operation of motor vehicles, electric bikes, and other devices on city parks, trails, sidewalks, and roadways.
