The Ballard City Council scheduled a meeting for Sept. 15, 2026, according to a notice published Sept. 11. The meeting is set to take place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at 2381 E 1000 S in Ballard, Utah.
The agenda for the meeting includes a discussion regarding co-owner property division involving Vaughn Parrish and Jim Walker. Additionally, Jason Hill is scheduled to lead a discussion regarding a property purchase for a pipeline for SM Energy. The council will also review a will serve letter with Ben Mower and consider the approval of a consolidation between the City of Ballard and the Ballard Water Improvement District, with an engineering update provided by Jeff Baker.
Other items on the agenda include reports from the Uintah County Sheriff and the commission, as well as reviews of minutes from the Sept. 1, 2026, council meeting. The meeting will also cover finances including checks, statements, reports, and the budget.
