The Ivins City Council is scheduled to hold a continued public hearing on Thursday, October 1, 2026, regarding a land use amendment for approximately 63.94 acres. According to a September 18 notice, the hearing will address a Planning Commission recommendation for a concurrent map amendment near Guy Lane and Fitness Way.
The proposed amendment involves changing land use from Low-Density Residential (LDR) to Medium-Density Residential (MDR) and High-Density Residential (HDR). Additionally, the request includes changes from Resort Commercial (RC) and Residential Estates (RE-25) with a Planned Development (PD) overlay to RE-12.5, R-1-3, and RC zones. The applicant for the project is Lance Anderson of AnA Enterprise, LLC.
The meeting is scheduled for 5:30 P.M. at Ivins City Hall, located at 85 N. Main St. in Ivins. Interested parties may participate electronically or submit views in writing to the City Council. Public comments can also be sent via email to City Recorder Kari D. Jimenez at kjimenez@ivinsutah.gov.
