The proposed development at approximately 7131 N. Silver Creek Road involves a master planned development for 66 townhomes, 4 apartments, and 20 affordable housing units. Additionally, the plan includes 32,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. The project is located on Parcel SL-I -9-A-AM. The applicant is Tony Tyler, acting as an authorized representative for the owner, CPD Silver Creek, LLC.
