Daniel Ruesga, 37, a real estate agent, was arrested early Sept. 1 after Tooele City police say he intentionally crashed his Toyota Tundra into a Tesla driven by his girlfriend, 37-year-old Silvia Bahena-Mota, before allegedly shooting her multiple times.

Friends, family in mourning after Tooele mother murdered

It has been a week of shock and sadness for family and friends of a Tooele woman who was murdered this week. Silvia Bahena-Mota was gunned down Monday night in her own garage, allegedly by her boyfriend. He was booked into jail on several felony charges, including murder.
